Just wanna know my name that has been mentioned in the appliacation submitted for my pan card. I submitted the application for the Pan Card, with my surname mentioned, but when I recieved the PAN CARD, my surname, SINHA, is missing. My name is deepa.I am staying in ulsoor.first i applied for pancard to agent in that my dob was wrong.Then he gave me correction form for change of dob.when i recieved my pan card second time my pan number has been changed.i had two different pan card with different dob and different pan card no.now i dont have both the pan card because i lost my purse.now what should i do to get pancard with correct information details.I do not have pancard xerox also .I dont know pan numbers also.pl help me in getting the pan card.where is the pancard office in ulsoor.what should i do to get my pan card.

I am not the correct person to resolve your issue but I can give you following advice as far as I know:
First of all you should not have two PAN cards, thats not legal.
As you lost your PAN cards which is your identity, so do report it to Police, make a FIR. It will help you if someone tries to use it illegally.
Try to recollect if you gave PAN card xerox somewhere like during Mobile connection etc and from there try get your PAN number. With that PAN apply for duplicate card citing the appropriate reasons.
I am not sure about PAN card office in Ulsoor. Do a google search or ask your friends in Ulsoor.
